Wedge Waddle
The Wedge Waddle is a 3 mile walk/run event the South Wedge. Each year this event brings over 1000 people together in a little fun and fitness before the big feast. All are welcome to participate; it’s a free event for families and friends with activities along in our beautiful neighborhood. We encourage participants to bring a new pair of socks for Saint Joseph's House of Hospitality.

The South Wedge Planning Committee invites you to a community meeting to hear your thoughts on parking issues in the neighborhood, projects we want to accomplish, input on what the community wants the South Wedge Planning Committee to be for them in the future.

Look for our location announcements on our website and Facebook page about our neighborhood “info tents” this spring and summer Come say “hi” while you’re walking the dog or taking a stroll. SWPC members and staff will have information on programs, resources, and what’s coming up and will be ready to listen to your ideas for a better community.
We’ll be at Abundance Co-op on Saturday, April 6, from 11 am to 2:30 pm at the Abundance 23rd Birthday Bash!
NBN6 Monthly Meeting
On Monday April 1 st Mayor Malik Evans will be the speaker at the NBN6 meeting at the Olmsted Lodge in Highland Park. I’m sending this notice in hopes you may want to attend this in person event. We will serve light refreshments at 5:30 p.m. The Mayor will address several community issues and be available for a Q&A from 5:45-6:45. It will an opportunity to hear updates on City issues and your chance to engage the Mayor. Our RPD representatives, SE and SW Neighborhood Service Center Staff and hopefully City Council people will be present.
