Stuart’s Spices: Buffalo-Style Chicken Wing Cupcakes

That's right, Buffalo-Style chicken wing cupcakes. A little sweet, a little savory, the best of both worlds. Plus, they're fun to talk about and eat! Make it easy on yourself by snagging your favorite Buffalo sauce!

You will need the following:

  • Two boxes of cornbread mix, prepared to make 12 cupcakes, cooled to room temperature. It's recommended that you use cupcake liners, to make them easier to handle and eat.

  • Two packets of instant mashed potato mix, prepared and cooled down. Try adding our Garlic Party seasoning to the potatoes as you mix for an extra burst of flavor.

  • One dozen boneless chicken tender bites, baked or air-fried, and then tossed in the Buffalo-style wing sauce of your choice.

Once you have your ingredients and they are all cool enough to handle, it's time to assemble your cupcakes!

  1. With a wooden spoon, poke a hole in each cornbread cupcake

  2. Fill a sandwich bag halfway full with your mashed potato frosting

  3. Seal the bag and then cut one of the corners off so that you can use it as a piping bag, then pipe the mashed potatoes into each hole, and then in a swirl on top

  4. Top each cupcake with a boneless wing bite, and you've got yourself a centerpiece for game day!
